Excellent introduction to Matlab

I am a long term mathematica user but wanted to learn Matlab for a new job. It has a very different premise of operation but it is all clearly explained through this book. It assumes very little prior knowledge about programming or matrices, but it is concise and quick to work through if you do.In all this is an excellent book to learn Matlab from scratch and I highly recommend it. Tho this is only an introductory book, so if you are interested if more advanced programming then this may not be the right choice.
